Real-time timeline
Each order, placed via checkout, kiosk or online, is forwarded directly to the production management system after payment. The order is then assigned, based on the products and preparation time, to the various units in the kitchen.
Split screen digital receipts
We use various screen layouts, such as a receipt screen, as well as a split screen. Here, for example, all orders can be displayed at the top, while the products to be prepared are visible at the bottom.
Turning units on and off
If a unit (oven, fryer, griddle, etc) is not available, it can simply be turned off. The system will no longer assign orders to these units. This ensures optimal scheduling at all times.

Our scheduling system allows staff to get to work quickly with brief instructions. For each order, the status can be indicated, such as “being prepared,” “being packed,” or “ready.” The customer receives an e-mail with each status update, keeping them well informed at all times. And is it still going too fast? Then simply press pause. This allows orders to be completed and avoids unnecessary stress.
